How much are sessions?

Sessions are £60 and last approximately 50 minutes.

In some circumstances I am able to offer a reduced rate for clients on a low income. If this is something you need to discuss, you are welcome to mention it during the consultation.

How often should I book sessions?

How often you have sessions can influence how quickly things start to change. For couples, I recommend weekly sessions to begin with. This is because of the way habits form and fade. After a session you may feel encouraged and put new approaches into practice, but as the days pass and everyday pressures return, it’s very easy to slip back into old patterns. Seeing each other again the following week allows us to catch this early, adjust, and strengthen the new behaviours before the old ones take hold again. As things start to improve and feel more natural, sessions can be spaced further apart.

For individual counselling, the pace is more flexible. We don’t need to commit to a weekly pattern unless you feel it benefits you. Some people prefer weekly sessions, while others find that coming every two or three weeks works well. We simply review as we go and adjust the timing based on what feels right for you and the progress you’re making.

Do you offer online counselling?

Yes, I offer both online and face-to-face counselling sessions. Online sessions are conducted via Zoom, providing a convenient and flexible option for clients across the UK.

Face to face counselling takes place in Goole, East Yorkshire.

Do you have parking?

There isn't a designated parking spot but there are usually lot's of places to park outside the property on on the roads leading up to it.

After the consultation, if we all agree to go ahead and the criteria are met, you’ll receive a separate link to book full sessions. The booking system is online and works on a first-come, first-served basis.

What's your cancellation policy?

My cancellation policy requires at least 48 hours’ notice, otherwise the full session fee is charged.
