Sexual Exploration questionnaire.
Recently I have been focusing my content on specific themes that are common issues for couples in relationships. This month the theme is Sex & Relationships, so to continue this theme I have uploaded a Sexual Exploration questionnaire that has been designed to help you talk about sex with your partner. It can support you if you are having problems in the bedroom, have different requirements from sex or would just like to open up the conversation.
You can download it and complete it on a computer or you can print it and complete it by hand, it is up to you. Similarly you can complete it on your own, ask you partner to complete their own copy or you can just use it to discuss.
However you use it, this questionnaire has been designed to support you.
